Most silver jewellery you find online passes through three or four middlemen. Shiva Silver is the manufacturer. That means direct pricing, quality you can trace, and the ability to customise pieces the way a retailer cannot.

Every piece leaves our Jaipur workshop stamped with 925 — the international standard for sterling silver — and hallmarked, with BIS certification where applicable. We do not dilute alloys to cut costs.

The Story

Jaipur has always
made silver this way.

Silver jewellery has been made in Jaipur for centuries. The city's artisans — karigar — pass technique from father to son across generations. The metalwork, the stone-setting, the finish. It is not something you can learn in a factory.

Shiva Silver was built inside this tradition. Founded by Shivang Soni, with a workshop near Badi Chaupar, Jaipur, the studio began as what it remains today — a working manufacturer with a showroom, not a label that outsources to one.

The reason for starting was simple: too many people were paying retail markups for silver jewellery that had passed through three middlemen before reaching them. We removed them. Manufacturer pricing for wholesale buyers. Honest pricing for retail customers. The same quality for both.

Every piece that leaves this workshop is made in Jaipur. That matters not as a marketing claim — but because the hands, the tools, and the knowledge that make silver jewellery worth owning have always been here.

Custom or made-to-order pieces have a manufacturing timeline that varies by order quantity, design complexity, and your location — we'll confirm an estimated timeline before you order.

Returns are accepted only when a continuous, unedited unboxing video clearly shows a genuine defect in the piece — this protects both you and us, and it's why we ask for one. Please film from the moment the sealed package is opened, without cuts, and share it with us within 24 hours of delivery. If a defect is confirmed, we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
